My name is Katrina, I’m the founder of Hart Retreats, I’m a lover of sunsets and long walks on the beach.

I’m also a mindfulness meditation teacher, accredited Matrescence facilitator, self-love advocate, and a health and life coach. And I am incredibly passionate about ensuring that every woman feels seen, valued, supported and celebrated on their journey through life.

If you’re feeling stressed, exhausted and burnt out from juggling all the balls, with no time for self-care, and you’re looking for a place to slow down, step out of your day to day and return changed – then you’re in the right place.

Thank you so much for a really special weekend.  It was clear that a great deal of thought and planning had gone into making the weekend as relaxing and engaging as possible, without over scheduling everyone. It was the perfect setting to take time out, breathe and contemplate our lives. The food was sensational, nourishing and healthy. I feel that I benefitted from every single activity and it was lovely to connect with a group of likeminded women.  I’d love to do another!

What a wonderful experience I had at your retreat, set in 10 acres of lovely surrounds and a quick drive from my home, an oasis so close to the city. From start to finish it was just so calming and friendly, with just the right balance of group activities (which were completely comfortable and done in safe space) and free time. We were treated to amazing food and fantastic massages. Our hostesses were all caring and uplifting women. I went with two friends and we all really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended.
